Hi,

Fiji wont open in my mac.

I did run the debug code as Wayne suggested me... Can someone translate what is going on for me please?

I have OS X Yosemite 10.10.4 updated.

I installed Java 6, and it didnt opened FIJI, I updated to java8 downloading the JRE, and still didnt open.

Thank you very much for your attention.

Hi Guilherme,

From the error, it looks like an incomplete installation [1]. Was this a fresh download from http://imagej.net/Downloads ?

Regards,
Curtis

[1] Specifically, you are missing at least the file jars/scijava-common-2.44.0.jar, and maybe others as well.

No Curtis,

It was working properly, and stopped working from one day to the other.

Is there any reinstalling procedure you recommend?

Hi Guilherme,

Sorry to hear that. Something must have gone wrong with the update process then.

Is there any reinstalling procedure you recommend?

Easiest is to just redownload again. If your installation was not heavily customized it is a simple matter to reenable the desired update sites.

If your installation _is_ heavily customized, you could copy all the jars out of the freshly downloaded application's jars folder, and paste them into your old installation's jars folder, which will likely fix your problem.

Regards,
Curtis

Hello Curtis and Wayne,

I reinstalled everything and worked fine. I dont know what was the cause of the fail before, but it fixed.

Thank you very much for the assistance.
