Pretty dull race overall, I'm sad to say, despite the circuit being one of the better designs by Tilke. Got to hand it to Red Bull though, they've got their car coming good and strong at exactly the right time and, bearing the fickle finger of fate, I can't see Vettel failing to lift a third title in succession. A bit hard on Alonso, Ferrari just haven't managed to give him a car worthy of his ability. Ditto McLaren. Had they got their act together at least one driver would have been up there fighting to the end.
So, what's had all the hallmarks of a classic year and started out in thrilling fashion, appears to be dissolving into a borefest. Hope I'm wrong.
