Please try using the setup script as described in this page:

It looks it worked fine with Fedora 16. I haven't tested it with newer
Fedora versions recently.

Note currently we are focusing on the development of the escort Web
browser and the esidl Web IDL compiler. The other components are not
actively maintained these days, but we'll revisit these after making
escort more stable.
