Making a next contact date on lead does not removes Event User entries

When a lead's next contact date is changes its old entry from tabEvent is removed but the users entry in `tabEvent User` for that deleted event is not removed.. this will eventually get the databse bigger...

current pull request includes the solution of this problem also ...
