Related to Field Positioning

Hello,

I added new custom field "A" insert after "B-44" but "A" field is displaying in another position at "29" not at "45" and it will rearranging my fields.. 

i'm tried alot to put field "A" at position "45".

In database `tabCustom Field` have idx=137 for field "A"

We know Custom Field has some issues on border conditions - will let Anand handle this next week (he is on leave) - or if you want to do some digging around, you are welcome.
