Submit forms in website

Dear All,
     I need to create two submit forms for my website with various fields. Once a visitor enters the details and clicks on submit the same should come to me as an e-mail. Any help on this topic would be appreciated. thanks in advance

Hi Rushabh,
Thanks for the code for the form. I have inserted the same
on the website. Where do i enter the email address where I want the
details to be sent? I could not figure that out.

Mehul,

It will be added as a Lead (or an existing Lead will be updated) in the Selling Module - you can manage the communication from there.
