How to get relations in new doctype

HI,

I am making a new Job applicant management as its needed by us..
till now on very start phase...
just able to add new doctype...
a couple of fields
now i want a select field of Employement Type as a field here
Emploeyement type is already a doc type ...
I want a Wn stype selection (autocomplete + search button + details button + new button ) for the same... guide is needed ...
