purchase payment entry

Hi

When i make a purchase invoice. I cannot make a payment entry (as the button at the top of the page is not at the top) cause the chart of accounts need to be balanced when i make a purchase from suppliers.

"Make Payment Entry" button appears if Purchase Invoice is submitted and there is outstanding amount. 

Did you added any custom script which causing error?
