erpnext cgi

Hello Sir,
   I have two erpnext local setup i have to create sales order if purchase order is created in another setup(db). means i have to add trigger on purchase order of one setup and on trigger fire sales order should be created in another setup. How can i implement this. In erpnext is there any functionality like cgi?
