Hi all,
a new cut of EpubCheck (3.0b5) is now available from the downloads section [1].

For those interested, the list of issues fixed is available at [2]. Below are some notes for advanced deployments.

* EpubCheck now uses Saxon-B (9.1.0.8) instead of Saxon9 HE as part of the solution to Issue 157 (no location info for schematron errors). If you need to use Saxon9 HE/PE/EE instead of 9.1.0.8, you can do that, but then note that in the case of HE at least, location info for schematron errors will be missing. (Thanks to George Bina for helping out with the diagnosis here.)

* Due to some users having license issues with the CSS parser used in b4, EpubCheck now again uses Apache Batik as its CSS parser. In deployments where another parser is preferred, you can set the SAC system property ("org.w3c.css.sac.parser") to dynamically load another SAC implementation.

hi,

Do you plan to provide a maven repository in future?

Thanks,

Hi Lukas,

Do you plan to provide a maven repository in future?

Yes. There is a pretty major refactoring in the works, and one of the outcomes will be mavenification. I can't give you a firm date at this point though.
