No faceted navigation

Hi,

We are using faceted navigation in a Plone site to showcase our research group's publications. On occasion the faceted navigation javascript seems not to be run, and no faceted results appear - until I forcibly reload the page. I suspect some sort of caching problem. Has anybody experienced anything similar? BTW, I'm running Faceted Navigation 4.3, Plone 4.1.3 with two zeo clients behind Apache and no cache server.
