Reuse content only returns 1 contentlet when 20+ exist in normal Content tab query in 1.9.5

Version: 1.9.5

I've been having an issue on one of my content structures for the past couple weeks. Basically if I go to reuse content, only one contentlet returns on search (the same 1 piece of content). If I go to the Content tab, that structure returns all 20+ contentlets that exist on the site.

If I use the Query tool it also returns all of the contentlets. I'm not sure what to do. I have already:
  • Cleared caches
  • Reindexed the structure
  • Checked host settings (all are saved to System Host and I'm logged in as an admin)
  • Republished all content items
  • Checked for random characters and other content issues
  • Talked in the IRC forums about it
  • Cleared the h2db cache manually
If anyone has thoughts, I'd appreciate it. Here's a visual:

sounds like a permission issue

Yeah, except I'm logged in as CMS Admin and have reset all of the permissions multiple times.

I'm logged in as CMS Admin and I've reset the permissions numerous times. Nothing has worked so far. I've done individual permissioning on the structure and cascaded them. I've reset them. Nothing. Just that one contentlet displays, the same one, and none of the others.

Except in Content search tab and queries.

That's pretty weird. I don't have many ideas but maybe try clearing the cache?

Yeah... I've done that a few times, including manually removing h2db. Doesn't help it seems.

Joel,

I'm sorry I don't know what else to recommend other than getting on
the phone with someone from our support team.

I think the problem is the Medium field.

That is the difference. In the content search it is not passing a
value but in the ReUse it is selecting the default value. I think that
is your difference.

@Jason I've changed the medium field value and it still only returns that one content. The one that shows up has a Medium value of "story" like most of the others, yet it still shows up with "none" is the selected value.

This has also worked perfectly for the past 9 months.

humm i am just thinking that the value of the select is probably the
difference between it and the other 19

Yeah... I thought that might be the case too, however all but 5 others have a value of "story" (the "none" is auto-inserted by dotCMS, the structure only has "story" or "video" in the select field).

maybe this started for you with 1.9.5? If so this pull is AJAX maybe
some JS is cached? I am sure you cleared browser cache but is there a
proxy on campus that could cache the JS?
