[ANN] Django 1.4.2 and 1.3.4 remedy security issues

Django 1.4.2 and 1.3.4 have just been released in response to a
security issue reported to us.

Seems to be there:

http://pypi.python.org/pypi/Django/1.3.4

and pip installs it fine.

pypi will always favor the latest version
