portable django development environment

Hello

On the DjangoResources page: https://code.djangoproject.com/wiki/DjangoResources 
There is a link to a portable Django development environment for Windows. "Instant Django" but the website does not exist anymore.

Since I needed a portable Django development environment for Windows and could not find any working solution, I went through it and made a tutorial for people looking for the same thing.

Maybe the broken link can be replace by my tutorial ? What do you think?
