i thought an albino bottle nose dolphin is quite rare and are not usually evolutionary favourable, but thats heredity for you ;)

did any one take the hardy weinbergs ratio of the dolphins ? might show some pretty interesting data

UV is absorbed pretty quickly by seawater, so this would mostly only
be a problem while breaching for air or lounging during the day. An
albino would learn pretty quickly not to beach when it's sunny,
Dolphins ain't stupid.

The other disadvantages of albinism in most mammals wouldn't really
apply; the blurry vision from unpigmented eyes wouldn't be much worse
than Dolphin vision normally is.

So, as mammals go, albinism probably wouldn't affect dolphins too much.
