Here's an Idea: someone could set up a truck with a basic lab in it. then the truck could go around the USA giving
Biohacker "Boot camp" lessons over a day or two in major city's that way the right ways could be disseminated quickly.

The content is more important than the distribution mechanics, is the content easily teachable/understandable for the market you'll be targetting with this?   What does "Biohacker Boot Camp" look like?  What is the curriculum? Guidelines, or scripts?  Licensing, Franchise, or Copyleft alternative?

The course could be designed for consumption online, and then the "boot camp" tour could be designed to promote and grow a community on that education website.

If I'm not mistaken, Mac Cowell's BOSSLAB is a Lab-in-a-trailer, right?

The Germans (Berlin I think) have a mobile lab in what looks like an old milk truck.

Hi, yes Dan, you are right, we had such a truck, a former UPS van, but don't have it anymore. we rented it from a friend for our biohacker documentary, and had a functional PCR lab inside, but now the documentary is done, so the equipment is back in my office.
Best, sascha

I could have sworn a year or two ago there was a link posted about a mobile RV that had been converted into a bio lab and was driving around doing experiments in the CA area

If anyone can refer me to a "Mobile Lab" / web link in the USA....

I am working on starting a OpenSource Lab in my community on a shoe string budget and I think this would be the best way to "test the waters/start"..
