0.4.2 requires python 2.6.6

Hi everyone,

anyone knows why Disco 0.4.2 requires Python 2.6.6 and above?

it was increased from 2.6 by this change https://github.com/discoproject/disco/commit/9d031aaf406a10dd0744ee42c996586d60b64517#L8L12

just asking because it makes things hard for upgrading under Ubuntu lucid.

I am tempted to patch it myself for my build but was wondering if any good reason exists.
