Narrator?

I'm looking for a professional narrator or sound company in the DC/MD/VA area that can record narration for a 7 min. animation? Any suggestions?

My sister is a professional journalist, educator, and "on air" radio and TV broadcaster.  She even covered the Balkan wars in the 90's for TV and radio.  She lives in DC.
