problem in converting to maven project

Hi, 

I am behind a proxy to access internet. i configured eclipse to use proxy authentication to connect to market place. i am facing following error while checking out the cystoscape 3 project. 

In the document http://wiki.cytoscape.org/Cytoscape_3/AppDeveloper/SettingUpAnIDE/Eclipse after the following steps

1. Import it as a General Project

2. After import, right-click the project and select Configure --> Convert to Maven Project

   
   

   I am facing following error i am not getting the expected.

Can any one please explain me where i am going wrong.

Hello,

You'll also need to configure Maven to use a proxy.  You can find instructions on how to do that here:

Hi,

Thanks for the guideline, i updated the settings.xml with proxy details, but initially i failed to configure. Following link helped me to further configure the MAVEN proxy after configuring the settings.xml, we need to delete all the "*.lastUpdated" files in the ".m2" folder, until then maven command "Convert to Maven" is failing with same error.
