Regards all,

I'm trying to run Hubba plugin to get hub nodes in the graph. Hubba is not computing the results which is most probably due to clique problem . The error displayed is " system cannot process a network contains a clique whose size is larger than 100" .  Is their any solution to this problem or any suggestion for other plugin which can determine hub proteins

Thanks in advance
Ankush Sharma

Hi Ankush,
This is a problem of the plugin itself, you'd probably best contact the developers of the plugin; they have a contact form on their website: http://hub.iis.sinica.edu.tw/cytoHubba/contact.html
Hope this helps,
Cheers,
Piet

In the mean time a simple approach might be to use a topology filter and look for nodes having a large number of neighbours...

Hi ,

Many thanks for response. Actually there is high degree of assortativity associated with protein Interaction network. i wanted to confirm rich clubness in the networks by checking the interconnectivitybetween the hub proteins in the network .
