Flurry of Coliving articles - Is this starting to gain traction?

I've noticed an uptick in the number of articles related to coliving - combining housing and work spaces.  The two most recent I've seen are Shareable's Coliving Reinvents the Commune for the Network Age and New Housing Caters to Gen Y Techie Lifestyle 

Do you know of other examples?  I'm curious if this idea is starting to gain broader traction.

I know at least two members who have spent several nights in the office. It is cozy.

One night my wife and I watched a  VUDU movie in the conference room...till 2 am. Yeah, we are wild.  Haha
