New discussion group "cchs-kent-lane" group?

 Is there a  "cchs-kent-lane" group?

There are growing calls for the "CCHS NFC access project" to go off the main list.

Would someone please set up or make public a discussion group for us to use?

From what I can make out it's a private group - the google groups search does not find it (cchs-kent-lane) 

Also I tried creating a group by same name, but this doesn't work, so it probably already exists, or is the CCHS main thread got renamed some time in the past??

Also sending an email to the address Paul gave bounces back with some not very helpful (vague) text:-

What does seem to work (at least not bounce) is sending an email to 

mailto:cchs-kent-la...@googlegroups.com 

That didn't bounce but presumably needs to be approved by the group owner.   That's the closest I have gotten so far.  

Try that much and let me know how you go.
