Arduino 1.5.2 is still beta. Use Arduino 1.0.3 for the best results.

Okay I tried compiling with a newer version or arduino 1.5.2 but only the Z axis works

If you change the config setting:
#define HEATER_0_MINTEMP 5
to
#define HEATER_0_MINTEMP 0
It will allow it to run without that error occurring for testing purposes.

If you are still having trouble compiling with motherboard set to 33 it is probably caused by conflicting settings in the configuration.h file.
Check all your settings and make sure you have the following for the display panel:
//LCD and SD support
//#define ULTRA_LCD //general lcd support, also 16x2
#define SDSUPPORT // Enable SD Card Support in Hardware Console
//#define ULTIMAKERCONTROLLER //as available from the ultimaker online store.
#define ULTIPANEL //the ultipanel as on thingiverse
I have found for example that if you enable the Ultipanel but leave the SDSUPPORT un-enabled that you will get compile errors.
If only your Z axis works you should check:
The wiring connection to the other axis’s are properly connected: test that you have a circuit between the pair of wires on the left of your connector and also between the pair of wires on the right,
The current on the stepper drivers is set correctly: turn them up(clockwise) until they shake, then back them off until they go quiet. Fine tune these once the motors are working properly.
The configuration.h settings for DEFAULT_AXIS_STEPS_PER_UNIT are set to a reasonable value before calibration: try (100, 100, 2000,250) as a starting point. Again, fine tune once the motors are working.
Also, don’t forget that the firmware won’t move the motors past where it thinks the min and max positions are, so make sure the max settings are about right in the config, then manually move each axis to the zero position, then reset the arduino and test using moves in the +ve direction.

Tried compiling with the latest stable version of arduino 1.0.4 the results was worser than 1.5.2 yes it did compiled but it's spitting out this error even though everything is wired up correctly according to this diagram: reprap.org/wiki/File:Rampswire14.svg

If you have a multimeter to test with, depending on the resistor you are using you should have about 70k to 80k across it at room temperature, so to check it, disconnect the connector from ramps and test across the connector.
The M999 errors are because you do not have thermistors hooked up to the thermistor inputs on the RAMPS board. This will NOT go away until you connect them. If they're connected, you will need to make sure you selected the right thermistor (the default is NOT the right one for almost anything).

If it worked with sprinter then its probably a config issue. Make sure any temp sensors that you aren’t using are set to zero. Eg.:
#define TEMP_SENSOR_0 7
#define TEMP_SENSOR_1 0
#define TEMP_SENSOR_2 0
#define TEMP_SENSOR_BED 1

The jerky X moves are the adjustment of the stepper driver, turn it down (anti-clockwise) until it moves smoothly.
