Can I use acts_as_activity in another project?

Hi there,

I searched the web for a good activity tracker like the "acts_as_activity" in CE (btw, we've created 2 applications with CE, great software!), but I did not find anything. I even could not find "acts_as_activity" by itself. Is there a standalone project, plugin, gem or whatever which I can use in my other projects or can I directly use the plugin from CE? Are there any restrictions or something similary?
