A third sheet of mdf is probably a good idea. Even if we don't use it for the table surface, it could be used as the shelf under the table. Maybe we'll do a quick experiment and see if the router table is any stiffer with a third sheet and if not it becomes the shelf. Either way I don't think its a waste.
It also may become saw dust after we cut out our first parts using it!!
Also that reminds me, any ideas for some thing to cut on the router. I could draw something up or use an existing profile and program some g code? Is there an electronic version (with decent resolution) of the collexion logo?
I can't think of a better first piece than the collexion logo! If it doesn't interfere with the function, I think wer should lightly cut it into the full work surface!
I can't make it out this weekend, but I might take friday afternoon off to go shopping and drop supplies of at collexion .
Btw, james...there was a question on our thread on joes forumm about axes I can't answer. Can you tasker a peek?
