There are currently hundreds of Mountain Bluebirds, with a small handful of rust-breasted male Bluebirds in the mix (I assume Western, but I was driving), along Roxborough Park Road south of Titan Road (the vicinity of Sharptail Ridge Open Space).

There are also dozens of singing Western Meadowlarks at the park entrance.  The area is always good for Say's Phoebe, but they are yet to arrive.

I live in Roxborough and have been seeing more Mountain Bluebirds on the roadsides than I remember seeing in many years, maybe more than ever.  They're everywhere!
