Thank you to the many people who ask this question every day! In fact,
the passion of our users is one of our best motivators to improve
CardioTrainer.

One of the easiest ways you can help us is just by spreading the word
about CardioTrainer. We are already the most popular fitness app on
the Android, but the more users we have, the more clout we have with
our investors and our collaborators, and that means more resources to
continue to develop CardioTrainer. Rate CardioTrainer on the Market,
comment about it, show CardioTrainer to your friends and your family,
get them to try it out. Then tell us how they like it.

The second way you can help is by giving us feedback and ideas, and
thus guide the product in the right direction. We run a continual user
survey at http://www.worksmartlabs.com/survey, so if you have not
taken it yet, please go ahead and do so. Or just post the idea to this
forum and see how much the others like it. Or if you prefer, just e-
mail us at sup...@worksmartlabs.com.

We believe that with your passion, and our skill and dedication, we
can make CardioTrainer one of the best fitness products in the world.

If you have any other cool ideas for helping CardioTrainer, or just
want to give feedback, please just reply here. We are listening.

Happy Exercising,
Artem on behalf of the WorkSmart Labs family

If it's possible/desirable, I'd love to localize the app into Polish language. I have been a user of GPS-assisted training apps for a few years now and would love to contribute to spread the word.

I already got a few of my friends on cardiotrainer :)

As a matter of fact one person switched to android from a basic phone
just for cardiotrainer.

Frigo, We don't have any immediate plans to translate CardioTrainer, but we're looking to do it in the future.

Thanks to both of you for the enthusiasm and support; we couldn't do what we do without our awesome users and their willingness to spread the word!

Can you include the ability to upload heart rate data from dataloggers?  I have an Oregon Scientific Smartsync that is Polar compatible, and can export as csv files.

The problem with a bluetooth chest band is that I would no longer be able to look at my wrist to see my heart rate.  Yes, I could display on the Android screen, but I will often be using that as a topography map display.

My current chest band allows me to get an instantaneous readout as well as log data.  I would like to integrate it with gps data also, which is why I'd like to use this application.

Thanks,

Brian Williams

It would be nice if there were some way to integrate my FitBit data into CarioTrainer/Noom.

Any plans to upload heart rate info to website?

Things I'd like to see in Cardotrainer are the following:
- more stats and graphs, like combined speed and elevation/climb,
tables with time per km and so on...
- more possibilities to filter (time/exercise type), especially on the
website, but also in the android app
- more exact calculation of burned calories by taking heart rate into
account
- restoring of tracks recorded on another device

I love your app and I think the above mentioned improvements would
make it an even more usable companion for workouts :-)

We've got a feature request for the heart rate on the website here:

As others have said this is an excellent app and is my app of choice, but for one lacking feature it would (will be?) my sole app. So here goes...

Equipment tracker - IMO an essential feature is to be able to register items of equipment, record when they are used for a workout and hence keep track of their use in distance and time. I find this useful for measuring the durability of clothing, particularly trainers (snickers for those non-UK) and know when to replace bike components such as chain etc.

Here's hoping...

I love Cardio Trainer!  I don't know what I would do without it on all of my daily runs and multiple races that I run every month!  One of the main reasons that I love it is the audio output so I know that I am on pace.  I don't wear my glasses when I run so I would not be able to look at and see the data on the screen of a sports watch so Cardio Trainer is the best for me.  I just wish that it synched with My Fitness Pal, my other favorite app.  I use both every single day!
