Error when using runner - "Class ref in pre-verified class resolved to unexpected implementation"

Hi,

I am using the runner on an apk file of my project but my test-execution keeps failing. On looking into logcat I see the following error -

Class ref in pre-verified class resolved to unexpected implementation

I looked up StackOverflow and here's a thread which is relevant: http://stackoverflow.com/questions/2472059/cant-build-and-run-an-android-test-project-created-using-ant-create-test-proje

Can someone  help please? Tried following the stackoverflow solution but  tested.project.absolute.dir is undefined
