Chinese Characters in PPT not working

Hello

I tried to upload a PPT which has Chinese characters in it. But when it is viewed in BBB the Chinese characters don't show up properly. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Dustin,

If your having converter issues,  The best thing to do is convert your documents to PDF First,  then upload into BBB to eliminate issue.
