the warning i see are normal.

thinks its the join-mock causing the hanging.

Jai,

you take the bin directory from vmware, and copy to /var/www/
bigbluebutton/client

then you need to make sure config.xml is correct.

You also need to clear browser cache to make sure your getting the new
files when you try to startup client the first time.

I tried to login to your server with demo page, and it gives me a 404
error, so not sure if you disabled.

I was going to try and enter meeting.... you can turn in client
debug and see if you can open the log in client to see what issue it
is having.

Have you tried clearing cache, and other web browsers?

The other issue, if you made mods to bbb-client that you checked out
from master, what version of BBB is bbb-web bbb-apps running on
server? The new server modules might need to be deployed.

You create a war file using "grails war". Copy the generated war file
to your prod server and deploy
into /var/lib/tomcat6/webapps. Make sure you backup the original first.

Then you make sure your bigbluebutton.properties from your backup is
the same as what you have just
deployed.

This line here is the reason:

double check you directory and file permissions. You might have used sudo when you shouldn't have and now the permissions are messed up.

I have removed all the directories included dev and reinstall. and follow this tutorial.
