Depending on the server, he might not have to power it off to install it. Some servers, you do. Let's hope it's the latter and not a 2nd drive failing.

Wow. It's now Jan. 6th and the site is still down. They must really be having problems.

Jan 7th here and I am getting a 504 error for one particular geeklist,
but everything else is working fine.
