x-loader compile

Hello everyone.

I, according to the contents of the article below, compiled the x-loader.

The x-loader work well. However, there are two problems.
One is the opening message will be garbled.
My locale is jp_JP.UTF-8.

Another is a long delay time.
about 7 seconds.

The solution is not what?
