Hey Folken.
All of you who need to already know about the Tidewater Tuneup. You have probably already seen this year's Tidewater webpage. In short, it's happening Oct. 27 and 28. We will be driving down that Saturday, staying overnight at the hotel, and returning the following afternoon.
It's a terrific two-day tournament, and has always been LOADS of fun!
We're getting our stuff together now. We need everyone's cooperation. If you are a CONFIRMED attendee, let me know by filling out this form:
SUPER LEGIT FORM
Your deadline for filling this out is Oct. 3. You have less than two weeks to ask your parents if you can come! And ask them if they can come, too. We need at least one more chaperone.
Once we figure out numbers, I will be able to more accurately report on cost of attendance. For now, think around $60 per person (give or take depending on our bake sale success). Our current chaperone roster is comprised of:

My mom can chaperone, and our car seats 3-4 quite comfortably

I checked with my folks and found out that the previous engagement I thought was going to get in the way is in fact the weekend before. Unfortunately, I can't fill out the form because of my lack of cellphone.
