aas_addsession

Hi everyone,

Does anyone know if there is a way to add sessions for a particular subject?

For example, if I have 6 sessions for most subjects, but one subject with only 5 sessions. I have:

aap=aas_addsession(aap,'run1');

aap=aas_addsession(aap,'run2');

aap=aas_addsession(aap,'run3');

aap=aas_addsession(aap,'run4'); 

aap=aas_addsession(aap,'run5'); 

aap=aas_addsession(aap,'run6'); 

But I want to specify that for that one subject there are only run1 to run5. Any ideas?

Have come across this as well, have not yet found a workaround besides doing analysis for each set of subjects with N runs separately, followed by importing all first level results in separate 2nd level analysis. Some way of specifying an empty run would be great though!

Thanks, that's essentially what I've been doing.... how do I import the 1st level results for the 2nd level analysis though?

To import 1st level results, I typically would import the SPM.mat and the contrast images that get output by aamod_firstlevel_contrasts
