Hey guys,
Quick note for Friday in Japan: students (and teachers) who arent fans of California rolls can make "onigiri" which is basically a rice ball rolled by hand and they can choose to wrap seaweed around or not. I used to make them with my grandma and they are a great alternative for less "adventurous" travelers!

Ok cool, Also, I am looking into borrowing an industrial size rice cooker for Friday from a friend. Just thought it would make more sense to cook alot of rice at one time instead of small batches. And I'm not quite sure how much time is set aside for reading but I am looking into a few japanese story books I used to read as a kid so hopefully our kids like the stories.
