Play framework 2.1 error

While creating play framework app getting following error even after adding the jar file - https://github.com/cloudfoundry/vcap-staging/blob/master/lib/vcap/staging/plugin/resources/auto-reconfiguration-0.6.5.jar

Hi, I am experiencing the exact same issue right now with a Play 2.1 project - it worked fine 10 minutes ago. Just upgraded to paid plan, hopefully I will not regret.

Could you solve the issue? I have the same problem with Play 2.2.1?
