For anyone on the MS side of things, there is a NuGet package available. Make sure you put it into an empty solution otherwise the default _layout won't be right. (Still figuring out this NuGet thing)  http://nuget.org/packages/AngularJsSeed/1.0.0-RC1

OK after a frustrating NuGet first authoring experience, it works correctly.

Create a new asp.net MVC project in Visual Studio, then click references NuGet and search for angular (or knockout or backbone ;-) ) and install...

Thanks James, It is awesome and gave me good start. I have one query though:-
1. I created an MVC4 App with Basic Template.
2. I installed AngularJSSeed from Nuget,
3. I hit F5 then it opens Home\Index.cshtml, even though I don't have HomeController yet? How you manage to open Index.cshml view even though there is no Home Controller.

Thanks,
Sutikshan

That would be pretty easy to do. I will add it when 1.0 ships. Keep in mind without the seed project you will be missing the conventions for testing.
