Teens Are Invited to Enter HPL's  Get Graphic: Amateur Comic Creation Contest   The Houston Public Library (HPL) is calling all teen graphic artists between the ages of 11 and 18 to enter its Get Graphic: Amateur Comic Creation Contest. If you're into creating comic style short stories then here's your chance to show-off your great talent! Teens must enter their creations by August 31st.  Prizes will be awarded to the 1st, 2nd and 3rd place winners.
