Aircable SMD range

Hi,

I am looking at the Aircable SMD to provide a wireless audio link, but was wondering what range I might expect indoors (need about 10m), also is there an alternative which supports class 1 (which should give me more range)

Yes, you can do audio with the AIRcable SMD.
Connect a microphone to the first mic port, and a speaker. See attached
AIRcable Thermo development kit.
You use A=sco after you have a spp connection to get the audio linked
as master.
As slave incoming sco connections are always fulfilled
