Hi Ozody,
You don't need any driver for Windows, Linux and OSX.
The OS supplied drivers are perfectly fine.
If you had 3rd party CD installed for an external dongle,
please uninstall that and use the standard Windows one.

ubuntu has all the needed pieces, you may be missing the applet, do:

sudo apt-get install blueman
