I used to be a developer with the ZPanel hosting control panel and I
was wondering if you would impose any limitations on us with
intragration of AgileBill into our free open source hosting control
panel?

Since AgileBill is open source, as long as you adhere to the terms of the license, you're free to do whatever you wish with the software. If you need any help feel free to drop me a line.

I think the combination of these two open source projects would be a
great fit. As Scott mentioned, just check the AB license.
