Since yesterday I have not been able to receive this station.I get a voice message stating "this station is not available ,please try
again later" I also get it on other clear channel network stations. Have tried rebooting both radio and router.
What is strange is that I can get the stations on my squeezebox radio on same network.
Anyone else having problems?

I have been having quite a bit of trouble with the quality of the internet broadcasts lately.  The BBC World Service is constantly starting and stopping.  At times, I get the internet server is not available message.  Some other international broadcast stations that I listen too have cut in and out too but one comedy channel I listen to never drops in an out.  I thought it was just a problem with my unit and that it is dying.  Maybe it is an issue with the Receiva service that the radio uses?

Unfortunately, Clear Channel stations will not work on the RCA and AR models moving forward after Oct. 1st - due to new licensing Agreements with the station aggregator vTuner (their policy for the distribution of IP streamed radio has changed.)

Very soon, everyone will see the following: “The station that you have asked about is a Clear Channel Radio station. We are sorry but Clear Channel Radio stations are no longer available on this service.”

There might be a workaround though, if you know the URL of the station directly and enter it in manually on the Personal Portal...

They have changed the stream type to AAC (MP4a) for iHeartRadio.  I
can still get it on my Reciva radios here:

You don't really need an iphone, the URL works on other radios that I've tried.

Here's a link that will play KFI on the RCA. My Coby also uses Vtuner and it plays KFI so I checked and it redirects to the link below.  They seem to be doing everything they can to prevent listening and since it is redirected it will probably change often. Just save it as a favorite again everytime.

How do you find the url to the stream?
