AFR_part_2a missing files

Hi

AFR is great material for learning rigging in Maya. 

Reading through AFR_part_2a there are several files mentioned:

torso_fk.ma, torso_midBack.ma, torso_ik.ma, torso_both.ma

I cannot find these files - are they available?

They should have been included in the downloads.  Do you have the original zip files?

I've downloaded the all packages from your web site.
