The issue is that external parties report poor call quality to this one 3CX installation (uses NexVortex SIP) however pcap and audio recordings of these same calls do not have this poor quality.
This client uses Time Warner Business Class as their ISP. TW reports that they do not use any QoS to prioritize voip traffic across their network. My question is - do you know this to be true or not?
