Dear Fellow Unit Owner of The Gramercy Residences @ Century City,

Thank you very much for joining this Google Group exclusively designed for unit owners like you of Gramercy, where ever you may be in the world!
If you are like me, you may have decided to purchase unit(s) in Gramercy either for your own use, investment purposes, or both. Whatever the real purpose may be, I am certain that you have used your hard-earned money and as such, it is only fair to assume that you want to get maximum benefits from your investments be it in the form of comfortable, luxury living or a fair financial return on your investment or both.
However, my experience in dealing with Gramercy's developers, Century Philippines Inc. (CPI) and Gramercy's own Condominium Management Corporation, who is supposed to be a professional property management company, have been a mixed bag of disappointments, inefficiencies, unprofessionalism, and distrust. Their level of customer service is utterly lacking in speed, professionalism, and simply put, competency to get things done properly, correctly, or fairly.
Please don't get me wrong. I believe in the concept of Gramercy and I feel proud that I own a piece of the pie of the country's tallest building (so far) and super-amenitized hotel-like, luxury living.
And this is precisely the same motivation why we formed this Group. Our aim is to advocate and advance the best interests of individual unit owners of Gramercy by serving as a collective voice to ensure fair and efficient, policy making, management, & governance of Gramercy. At the end of the day, we want Gramercy to continue to be known for what it was conceived for....a lifestyle of living that rivals the best in the world.
Unfortunately, we can't just become passive owners and stand by the side and let incompetent and unprofessional people run Gramercy. From my experience, we need to be more organized and become active members in the running of Gramercy if we are to meet our goals and aspirations when we bought a piece of the Gramercy Dream.
This Group is just beginning. This is work in progress. In the days to come and as soon as we get the critical mass to become a truly unified voice representing the interests of unit owners, we can have a more efficient and professional management of Gramercy that truly serve OUR needs and interests as its OWNERS. I don't know about you but I don't want to be policed around and managed through policies, memos, and so many rules that make our experience living in Gramercy a hell instead of having a truly urban paradise.
To do this: BE AN ACTIVE MEMBER of this Group. Don't be a bystander. Let your voice be heard. Let your opinion count. Complaint BUT do make recommendations to correct the thing(s) you are complaining about. After all, it's your hard-earned money on the line.
Feel free to initiate discussions. Respond to others. But I do request you to observe proper Netiquettes and always be respectful of and to others. Remember the GOLDEN RULE: "We should do onto others as we would do onto ourselves." or better yet, the PLATINUM RULE: "We should do onto others as they would do onto themselves." We are all professionals and matured individuals. Let's act like one. We will observe a zero-tolerance for any malicious, discriminatory, racist, inflammatory, libelous, and similar ill posts or comments.
Let's aim to have a vibrant, healthy, responsible, and active community of owners so that we can indeed call Gramercy...a home for ourselves and our loved ones.
