Is there a list of all fields that we can use when importing a race start list? 

I have a SeriesID I would like to be able to upload in with the registration data and then have it retained when the results are published after the race. 

I see on the sample start list file that there are fields for Info 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and also the Team Name 2. When I export results after the event would the entries for these show up on the completed results file?

Look under VALID COLUMN HEADERS AND DATA for a complete list of column headers.

Any data in the “Info 1-5” columns gets passed from the start list to the app and to the results. So yes, the results download will include the same “Info 1-5” data as the start list. The “Info 1-5” fields are accessible to the organizer only.

Webscorer usefully ignores all non valid columns. So I generally download all the data from my  booking platform and then just rename a few columns heading so it all imports correctly. It's a real time saver when you're adding late entries & don't want to do a custom export. Webscorer also does excellent error checking of duplicate bibs, columns that are missing an entry etc. So it actually helps me to import to Webscorer as a check, even if I'm sending the start list off to an external timer we use. We use external timers for triathlons as they just need so much kit & it's not worth us buying it all at the moment.

Follow up question regarding series results. 

Is there a way to include this info in a series result?

As the data stored in the “Info x” fields may vary from one race to another, the series results download does not include these fields in the series download file.  You can still access them by downloading the results as XLSX from each results page that has been added to the series.
