Good day RMP Support,

I made an error in deleting a user from RMP system. I had added a new user and was supposed to reassign tasks from the old user to the new one created. However, I did the process the other way around in error.

Is there any way the change can be reverted? The user account is dmwe...@tstt.co.tt

Thanks in advance.
Regards,
Vishal.

 Good morning,

info When a user is deleted, all processes that he has launched won't be accessible anymore so we advise you to only deactivate a user. So you can't revert changes.
After your request, our team has activated your user.

Best Regards,
Mariem

Much thanks Mariem.

As the user is now active once more, all the processes that has been launched before can now be accessed right?

Vishal.

Good day Mariem,

I had deleted a few others user long before the issue with Darcelle Weekes‎ (probably about a couple of months).

Can you kindly assist in reactivating them please?

The users are as follows:

1) Candace Solomon (crso...@tstt.co.tt). This user was deleted the same day as Darcelle's user account.
2) Joanna Gonsalves (‎jsgo...@tstt.co.tt). This user was deleted probably about a couple of months ago.

I understand now that I shouldn't be deleting users but deac‎tivating them.

I would not be doing any deletion in the future.

Thanks in advance and sorry for any inconvenience caused.

Regards,
Vishal.
