Email notifications not set when reassigning tasks

Good day RMP Support,

We currently have a "Reassign Tasks" function on our main Admin console, where we can reassign tasks from one user, A to another user, B.

However in doing so, user B does not receive any email notifications that the tasks have been reassigned to him and that there are some RFE or RFP tasks in his queue.

How can I modify the existing process flow to include email notifications to user B?

Kindly give us more details on how you are reassigning tasks from user A to User B in order to suggest you more efficiently to add email notification to existing functionality.

Good morning Pankaj,

Currently what is happening now is that if I have RFEs initially assigned to an engineer (A) and let's say that engineer probably has a lot of jobs to complete. So the engineer's manager decides to reassign the RFE task to another engineer (B). 

However, what happens is that even though the task has been reassigned to B, B is not aware that this task has now ended up on his queue because he was never notified via email. Additionally, in looking at the task that has been reassigned, it seems that the task is still under ownership of engineer A.

How can we modify this so that the task is fully under ownership of engineer B?

Is there a contact number that I can get you at? Or even we can discuss through Skype of Google Hangout?

Hi Vishal,

Please update your Composite API (CAPI) and add a email activity after "update process instance" activity, I guess you already have the login id of the reassigned user in your CAPI in some variable, use this variable to send the email notification.

Please bear with me as this is completely new to me - I don't have any official training on how to update the process flows.

Would it be okay if we can just have a small session via Skype or Google Hangouts just to show how I can do so?
