My Task Report

I guys,
I would to create a ‘My Task Report’ in which only the user logged automatically can see
- his requests lanched
- status of the requests
- user who is assigned next step (depends on the status of the request)

You could show me how to do?

Hi Didina,

If you want the login user to see his requests only, you need to add a filter to the WI report as [[user.login]] and generate a report for that particular user only.But before that you need to set the login id on Web Interface using ${P_initiator.login} in a variable and add that variable in process measures tab so that you can use it for filtering purpose.

In order to set status of the requests,you need to add input/output variables with different statuses (Pending/Approved/Rejected) in the process activities and add the same variable in Measures tab as well so that you can use it while performing filter on Process/WI reports.

You need to do the same for the user who is assigned next step.Add the WI Variable to the Measures tab in process and then filter accordingly.
