Postmark SMTP server for maining

Hello,

I want to use the Postmark SMTP server for mailing in the manual tasks. Please refer to the attached image for provider configuration.

When I use this mail server in the manual task, I'm not receiving any emails. There is no error in the process report, and the process is in waiting mode (orange) at that particular manual task. Where can I find the error if there is any regarding the mail server? As I'm not able to tell what exactly the issue is. Please suggest if I'm going wrong somewhere in the configuration.

In the provider configuration, I've tried the url with port number as well smtp.postmarkapp.com:25/ and did not receive an email.

Hi Prachi,

Have you enabled the SMTP access on the outbound server setting page of the postmarkapp? also please make sure you are using your server API token as both the SMTP user name and password.
